4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery Issues: MGT Furniture is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error has been made by MGT Furniture.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers
